These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the purchase of products through www.sunback.shop and comply with Italian and EU legislation on distance selling and e-commerce (Italian Consumer Code Legislative Decree 206/2005, EU Directive 2011/83, EU Regulation 2016/679).
1. General Information
Sales are available exclusively to end consumers located within the European Union.
By placing an order on this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Products and Prices
All prices on the website are listed in euros and exclude VAT. VAT (22%) is automatically calculated and added during the checkout process.
Prices may change over time, but any changes will not affect already confirmed orders.
3. Shipping Costs
Italy:

European Union (EU):

Single product: €20.49 + 22% VAT

Shipping costs are clearly displayed during checkout and before order confirmation.
4. Purchase Procedure
To make a purchase, users must:

Select the product and add it to the cart;

Enter shipping and billing details;

Choose a payment method;

Confirm the order and accept the Terms and Conditions;

Receive an email with the order confirmation and summary.
5. Product Availability
In the event that one or more ordered products are unavailable, the seller reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund within 5 business days. The customer will be notified promptly.
6. Payment Methods
Payment can be made using credit card, PayPal, or other options listed on the site.
The charge is applied at the time the order is confirmed.
7. Delivery
Products will be delivered to the address provided by the customer, within the timeframe shown at checkout.
A shipping confirmation email and tracking information (if available) will be sent once the order is dispatched.
Delivery delays due to force majeure or events beyond our control are not the seller’s responsibility.
8. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the Italian Consumer Code, customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, a request must be sent via email to hello@sunback.shop.
Returns are subject to approval.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or damaged, in which case the seller will cover the costs.
Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in perfect condition, and must be returned within 14 days of approval.
9. Warranty and Defective Products
All products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity for 24 months, in accordance with Articles 128–135 of the Italian Consumer Code.
Customers must report any defects within 2 months of discovery by contacting hello@sunback.shop.
In case of a confirmed defect or non-conformity, the seller will cover the cost of replacing or refunding the product.
10. Personal Data Protection
Personal data is processed in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – Regulation 2016/679).

11. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, customers may use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform, available at:

This is without prejudice to the right to take legal action before the competent court under applicable consumer laws.
12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law.
In the event of a dispute, the competent court will be that of the consumer’s place of residence or domicile.
13. Amendments
The seller reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Modifications will be effective from the date of publication and will not apply to orders already confirmed.
